What we collect

• Enquiries: name, email, organisation, your message, and the priorities you select in the questionnaire.
• Coach applications: the profile, biography, references and supporting material you submit.
• Conversations and sessions: messages you send on the platform (contact details are automatically redacted before delivery; the original is retained for audit) and the details of sessions you agree.
• Technical: IP address and browser identifier on security-relevant actions (sign-in, terms acceptance).

How we use it

To propose introductions, host your conversations, send transactional email about activity on your account, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Who processes it

Data is stored on our own server infrastructure. Outbound email is delivered by Resend; enquiry notifications are routed via Web3Forms. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your client account at any time from your portal: your sign-in is removed, enquiries are anonymised, and messages you sent are blanked. Coaches can request profile changes or account closure from their portal and we action them with you. Anonymised session records are retained for accounting.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Write to hello@glimpsegenius.com and we will respond within one month.
